Ms. Humaira Naseer is a senior education specialist with over 20 years of experience in education leadership, programme management, and humanitarian education. She has worked with leading organizations including UNICEF, UNESCO, Save the Children, Aga Khan Foundation, and USAID, supporting large-scale education initiatives in Pakistan and Sudan. She most recently served as National Education Cluster Coordinator at Save the Children Pakistan, where she coordinated education responses and mobilized USD 2.8 million from Education Cannot Wait. Holding a Master’s in Education Planning and Management, Ms. Naseer is a strong advocate for inclusive, equitable education for marginalized and vulnerable children.
